Provincial Billing

Claims, code references, payer setup, and reconciliation β€” OHIP Β· MSP Β· AHCIP

Live submission not connected

Connect your clinic's billing service after verifying its acceptance for each province. This workspace records setup progress and opens your provider portal. It does not submit claims, receive remittances, or establish government approval.

Use a public HTTPS login URL. Do not enter passwords, API keys, health card numbers, or patient information.

Open billing provider β†—

Before connecting live billing

Confirm that the treating professional and service are eligible under the selected plan. Psychotherapy services are not automatically insured merely because the clinic provides them.

Next, obtain the provider's supported integration documentation and sandbox access. Live setup requires authenticated server-side claim storage, provincial validation, submission receipts, rejection handling, and remittance reconciliation.

Provider selection and provincial acceptance have not been verified. Opening a website does not enroll the clinic.

Encryption AES-256 / TLS 1.3 PHI at rest and in transit
⚠️ Implementation Notes: All PHI is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Audit logging is required for all READ/WRITE operations for PHIPA compliance. CTAS triage logic must be reviewed by a regulated health professional before deployment. All learning modules require clinical/policy lead approval. Use version control for all form templates β€” archive only, never delete.
